New profiles are created in a separate window where you can configure the data syncing. The program supports copying all matching files from the source directory to the destination directory, incremental synchronization (which copies everything but keeps the files that are already in the directory), or two-way incremental synchronization which makes sure that files in the source and destination directory are always kept in sync and never deleted.
